Arteaga Gorziglia's Energy Practice is best known for its experience in the drafting, negotiation and/or administration of more than 2,700 MW in engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) agreements and more than 1,200 MW in power purchase agreements. They also have wide experience in the development of more than 2,500 MW in greenfield energy projects. 

Arteaga Gorziglia offers a wide range of services including the drafting and negotiation ok pipeline construction contracts, turbine purchase contracts, contracts for the supply and transportation of gas, and all contracts necessary to operate a power plant (easements, balance of plant contracts, constitution of water rights, among others.

Chile has set the goal of the total decarbonization of the energy grid by 2050, and by 2022 count on with an installed capacity of 9,937 MW for ERNC projects, which means the 33,8% of the energy grid. Arteaga Gorziglia's Energy Team has participated in more than 20% of the renewable energy projects in Chile. 

Arteaga Gorziglia is present in the entire process of the energy projects in which the team participates, enabling them to consolidate long-term relationships with important actors in the energy sector in Chile.
