We assist in settlement negotiations and various forms of mediation. We give our customers clear advice about reputational risk and advise against litigation when it is not in the interest of the customer.

Several of the firm’s lawyers regularly act as arbitrators. A number of our lawyers are considered to be among the best in Norway in their field.

Our Dispute Resolution team is regularly involved in commercial arbitration, and the partners frequently act as arbitrators, both nationally and internationally. 

Our lawyers act as mediators and we see more and more disputes resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
