Our main industry areas are: 

• Oil and energy financing: we assist Norwegian and international banks when financing activities on the Norwegian continental shelf and e.g. were involved in the two first Norwegian law governed reserve based lending facilities.​

• Leveraged buy outs or other corporate acquisitions: we often assist international and Scandinavian banks or PE firms (or their foreign counsels) when financing acquisitions in Norway.

• Shipping and offshore financing: we assist Norwegian and international banks and borrowers in respect of debt financing of vessels or offshore units.

• Aviation financing: we assist international financial institutions and Norwegian airlines when financing Norwegian registered aircraft and in multijurisdictional aviation transactions. 

• Real estate financing: we are regularly involved in the acquisition of real estate, office buildings and in the development of residential areas.
