- AYMP assisted PT CGS-CIMB Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Danareksa Sekuritas, and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, together acting as joint underwriter for this initial public offering of PT Jaya Bersama Indo Tbk (Duck King Group) with project amount of IDR 250,000,000,000
- AYMP acted as legal counsel for lender on the aggregate USD 902,000,000 bilateral facility where Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited provides loan to one of Indonesian conglomerate groups to purchase shares of one of the biggest mining businesses in Indonesia
- AYMP acted as legal counsel to Altus Capital Partners in the IDR 468,803,000,000 refinancing and granting of up to USD 18,000,000 term loan facility granted to an Indonesian based company, which primarily engaged in hotel and resort industry, owning numerous five-star hotel in Bali along other well-known hotels across Indonesia
AYMP also advised and assisted sharia financing transactions, both syndicated and bilateral banking, involving domestic and cross-border transaction.
