The team is active across a wide range of financing transactions, including leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance, with strong expertise in collateral structuring and enforcement. Its market leading fund finance practice advises agents, arrangers, lenders and sponsors on subscription credit facilities and other fund financing solutions, and the firm also has recognised expertise in asset finance, including aircraft, maritime and rolling stock transactions.

In capital markets and structured finance, the practice advises on debt and equity transactions, including IPOs, debt issuance programmes, securitisations, derivatives and liability management transactions. The team also advises on Luxembourg aspects of financial restructurings and securities litigation.

The firm’s dedicated Banking & Financial Services regulatory team — the largest dedicated banking regulatory practice in Luxembourg — advises on licensing, governance and ongoing compliance, including under CRD/CRR, MiFID II, PSD II, MiCA, DORA and AML/CFT. The practice also advises on M&A involving regulated entities and represents clients before the CSSF.
