We are one of the leading firms for local government work. Unlike some other firms we do not just do public sector work or major projects, we have dedicated local government sector expertise. That expertise is built on lawyers who have spent years working for and within the local government sector across a range of disciplines. We pride ourselves on offering a “full council” service across governance, property, construction, regeneration planning, licensing, litigation, employment and pure local government law. 

We have clients right across England and Wales and have active relationships with over half the councils in England and Wales. We are on several major frameworks covering the whole of the country; opening a new Manchester office to service our clients in the North and North West. We deliver training across a range of programmes and are regularly in demand as speakers at sector specific conferences (e.g. Lawyers in Local Government Weekend School and Governance Conference).
