ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna (A&K) has an active employment practice, which regularly advises on a wide range of complex employment related matters, including general advisory, transactional, litigation, corporate governance, immigration, employee incentives, collective bargaining and pensions.  Our team provides strategic advice and innovative legal solutions necessary to help employers maintain robust labour relations and minimize litigation risk through effective workplace strategies. 

The firm has assisted local and international clients with implementation and structuring of pension schemes, employee share ownership plans and compensation claims and benefits. A&K regularly works on cross-border employment deals with member firms of ALN, an alliance of leading law firms currently in fifteen African jurisdictions. Through ALN, we co-ordinate employment law compliance diligence across several jurisdictions, providing a single point of contact for all aspects of the employment transactions. 

A&K is a member of the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), a global network of labour and employment lawyers. One of our Senior Partners, Sonal Sejpal, sits on the board of the Employment Law Alliance and is the Regional Chair of the Africa & Middle East Region.
