ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna (A&K) has an established banking, finance, restructuring and insolvency practice, with a dedicated team of highly regarded lawyers equipped with in-depth local knowledge and global experience, which allows us to advise sophisticated clients in an increasingly fluid financial environment. 

We are particularly experienced in advising clients in connection with syndicated loans (including LMA documentation), aviation finance, Islamic finance, project finance, structuring advice in complex security transactions, debt restructuring and insolvency related issues. We have specialist knowledge in a variety of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, financial services, real estate, construction and telecommunications. 

Our team has represented financial institutions both domestic and foreign on some of the largest and most sophisticated banking and financing transactions in the region. A&K sits on the panel of twenty-five banks in Kenya and also represents foreign lenders such as RMB and Rabobank, and DFI’s such as DEG, IFC, DFC and Proparco. The team also works closely with A&K Tanzania, A&K’s affiliate firm in Tanzania on financial transactions in the region to provide an integrated solution to our banking and finance industry clients.
