At APM, our Insolvency and Banking Litigation Department specializes in corporate and NGO rehabilitation and recovery, stay of procedures, creditor agreements, debt settlements, liquidation, receivership, bankruptcy, and insolvency.

The department is led by Adv. Erez Haver, who frequently acts as a receiver, liquidator, special administrator, or trustee in various insolvency proceedings. Adv. Haver has vast experience, including involvement in some of the most high-profile and challenging cases in Israel.
