The Dispute Resolution Department handles litigation, arbitration, and mediation, with specialist teams dedicated to class actions, derivative actions, and insolvency proceedings. The department focuses on complex commercial disputes, including corporate and contractual claims, shareholder and minority disputes, disputes concerning the appointment of company officials and management, creditor representation in loan repayment matters, and administrative law disputes.
Class actions and derivative proceedings are among the firm’s central pillars, with experience representing banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and public companies across a wide range of matters, including corporate governance and D&O-related disputes.
The IP litigation team handles infringement and ownership disputes, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional conflicts, while the real estate disputes practice represents leading real estate and building companies, investors, private families, landowners, and individuals in construction, planning, and property-related disputes. The department applies a multidisciplinary approach, working closely with the firm’s Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, Tax, Labour & Employment, and Intellectual Property teams.
