Leading Regional Law Firm Networks - Africa-wide

Band 1

Band 1

What the Team is Known For

ALN brings together the expertise and capabilities of leading corporate law firms from 15 African jurisdictions under one legal banner. The network combines high-end legal services with unparalleled local knowledge, providing a single, integrated platform for international clients to access legal counsel in Africa. It offers broad coverage of the continent, with strong representations in anglophone, francophone and Arabic-speaking jurisdictions. The network's structuring around sector groups, namely energy and infrastructure, financial services and natural resources, provides clients with deep and tailored industry-specific legal services across its geographic spread. For several years the network's members in Algeria, Morocco, Guinea and Côte d'Ivoire have operated as a fully integrated law firm known as ADNA, providing smooth legal services across francophone Africa; in early 2026 ADNA expanded, adding a further office in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Nairobi-based Sonal Tejpar is a key contact for the ALN network.
