Allens represented Bristol-Myers Squibb and Pfizer in patent revocation and infringement proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia concerning the drug apixaban, marketed in Australia under the trade name Eliquis.
Allens acted for Articore, formerly Redbubble, in its appeal to the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia on a trademark infringement claim brought by Hell's Angels.
