The Competition/Antitrust Department of Allende & Brea, works for multinational and local corporations, to prevent legal disputes by giving preventive advice, and also when the dispute has already arisen. The department works on the defense throughout all the administrative and court stages of the proceedings.

Our Competition/Antitrust Department practice includes assistance in:

• Dealing with antitrust authorities in economic concentration transactions.
• Acting as defendants or claimants in administrative proceedings and judicial remedies relating to cartels, abuse of dominant positions and other anticompetitive practices.
• Advicing and advocacy regarding compliance with antitrust laws in the client’s distribution networks, as well as other types of agreement and vertical relationship with customers or suppliers.
• Designing and implementation of antitrust compliance programs and internal investigations.
