Our Investment Funds Practice provides a comprehensive range of services including advising on the structuring, establishment and marketing of offshore and onshore retail and private investment funds investing in a spectrum of asset classes, the establishment and licensing of fund management companies, and industry-related regulatory compliance advice. We regularly advise on the listing of investment funds and have been involved in most of the listings of exchange traded funds on the Singapore Exchange.

Our private funds expertise includes the structuring of alternative investment funds, including private equity and hedge funds, and property/infrastructure funds. We have been involved in the establishment of some of the largest funds in the Asia Pacific region. We also advise corporate and institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and university endowments, on their investments in fund products.

Our clients include local and international fund managers, treasury and financial departments of some of Singapore’s most well-known companies, sovereign wealth funds and major local and international institutions in the banking, securities and financial services industries.
