Our International Arbitration Practice is one of the largest in South-east Asia and we have particular depth and expertise in handling complex international disputes in the areas of infrastructure, energy, cross-border investments, trade and transport. We regularly represent clients in disputes arising in Asia. We also manage disputes occurring in multiple jurisdictions.

Several members of our Practice are Fellows or Associates of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) experienced in International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) arbitrations, both within and outside of Singapore.
