AFRA’s intellectual property team specializes in prosecution and litigation of trademarks, slogans, commercial names, patents, designs, utility models, copyright, domain names. Our IP team also advises numerous domestic and foreign clients including businesses, retailers, companies, ONG’s, developers and private individuals regarding all legal matters relating to the protection and defense of intellectual property rights. Our IP team is also very active in the assessment and handling of prosecution matters and litigation of their clients in other jurisdictions, particularly in the Caribbean region, Central, South and North America as well as Europe.
