We supports clients in a broad range of matters including legal due diligence; reviewing and implementing pre-transaction restructuring; drafting, reviewing and advising on all types of transaction documents ( share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, shareholder's agreements, management agreements, escrow agreements, share pledge agreements, and relevant ancillary documents); coordinating cross-border transactions with international counsels; filling and obtaining approvals from regulatory bodies; and providing advice on all aspects of corporate procedures.

Recent deal highlights: Representing HSBC Bank, Investec Bank and CI Capital Investment Banking as underwriters in the IPO of the shares of Rameda on the Egyptian Exchange, which was the largest equity capital markets transaction in Egypt in 2019. Advising Ekuity Holding, the investment arm of Kuwait Investment Authority, on its acquisition of a minority stake in the Nile Aluminium and Metals Company, from Ezdehar Egypt Mid-Cap Fund Coöperatief. Advising EFG Finance Holding & GB Capital in relation to a joint venture with Talaat Mustafa Group in the mortgage finance sector.
