This comes from acting as lead advisor on the most high profile and challenging restructurings in Irish corporate history including advising the Special Liquidators of IBRC and acting on the Ballantyne Re, Nordic Aviation Capital, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Waypoint, Quinn Group and eircom restructurings – which were the most significant and complex restructurings in recent years.

Our combined Dublin and Belfast team, together with other experts throughout the firm, advise domestic and international stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, shareholders and investors in and purchasers of distressed businesses.
