This comes from acting as lead advisor on the most high-profile and complex cross-border restructurings in recent years, including acting on the Endo International plc, Mallinckrodt plc, Ballantyne Re, Nordic Aviation Capital, Norwegian Air Shuttle and Waypoint restructurings.


The team is currently advising on the two largest liquidations in Irish corporate history: acting for the Joint Liquidators of GTLK Europe DAC and GTLK Europe Capital DAC and advising the Special Liquidators of IBRC.


Our combined Dublin and Belfast team, together with other experts throughout the firm, advise domestic and international stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, shareholders and investors in and purchasers of distressed businesses. We have in-depth experience and understanding of the issues arising in cross-border insolvencies.
