The team's experience covers the full spectrum of IP-related needs, from creation and registration of client’s IP rights to their exploitation as well as prosecution and defense. We secure registration of your IP rights before the Institut national de la propriété industrielle (INPI) and at the European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and enforce our clients’ IP assets before civil and criminal Courts.

We litigate clients’ patents before the newly created Unified Patent Court, with an integrated and multilingual litigation team, present before all the three Central Divisions in Paris, Munich and Milan.

Our capability in handling all types of intellectual property matters – including patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights as well as connected fields (know-how, trade secrets, unfair competition, etc.) – is widely respected across Europe.

This is underpinned by our deep experience working in many sectors driven by creativity (such as luxury and fashion, or and media and entertainment) and innovation (such as technology, health care, and automotive), ensuring we truly understand the commercial role that IP plays for those industries. In particular, we have deep expertise in all aspects of IP related to artificial intelligence (AI) and more generally any IP-related issue linked to the digital environment, among many other new and highly complex areas.
