On December 5, 2025, during the 13th Lujiazui Legal Forum, WINTELL & CO achieved a major milestone in our international expansion.
We are proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Raymond Ong as our Senior International Counsel. Mr. Ong was awarded the very first "Foreign Legal Consultant" certificate issued to a Pudong law firm under Shanghai’s new pilot policy. A seasoned Singaporean lawyer, his arrival synergizes perfectly with our Singapore office, which holds a formal Licence for Foreign Law Practice (FLP).
Simultaneously, we signed an agreement with Mr. Sun Haobang, a barrister from the Hong Kong Bar Association, appointing him as our Hong Kong Law Counsel.
"By integrating top-tier talent from Singapore and Hong Kong, we have established a robust 'Shanghai-Singapore-Hong Kong' linkage," said Director Chen Youmu, who also moderated the forum's panel on cross-border legal management.
