Rebaza, Alcazar & De las Casas ("RAD") incorporates Jasmin Kaur as new counsel for the White-Collar Crime and Internal Investigations and International Arbitration areas.

After graduating from the National University of Singapore, Jasmin has built a solid career with 14 years of experience as a lawyer and judge. She was an associate at a well-known law firm working on civil, commercial and criminal defense cases, as well as arbitration. She then moved into government service as a deputy public prosecutor, where she specialized in investigation and prosecution of financial crimes and corruption. Years later, she was appointed District Judge, presiding over civil and commercial cases. Finally, for personal reasons, she moved to Peru and joined the Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas team.

Alberto Rebaza, Managing Partner, points out that "it is very important for our firm to have Jasmin's experience and knowledge in her areas of expertise. Her incorporation generates a learning space of what is happening in terms of business and in broader cultural terms in Singapore, Southeast Asia and particularly in China".

Jasmin also has many years of experience as an advocacy trainer at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education, where she taught law graduates preparing for their undergraduate exams, as well as other advocacy training courses in Singapore. In addition, she has experience teaching Legal Skills and Advocacy courses at the National University of Singapore.

"I am very grateful and excited to join the RAD team as Of Counsel. This new phase represents an opportunity to bring my expertise to areas that are constantly evolving. I am confident that, working together, we can continue to strengthen the firm's commitment to excellence and international growth for the benefit of our clients and the legal community," says Jasmin.

The firm has a strong predilection for international aspects and just as we strive to develop the careers of our professionals with master's degrees and work abroad (not only in the United States but also in Spain, Chile and Colombia), we are also very interested in the international presence of the firm. Throughout these 20 years as a firm we have had Chilean, Venezuelan, Colombian, Argentinean and American lawyers working with us. We maintain that consistency with the incorporation of Jasmin to the RAD
