Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised TUBOS Y PERFILES METALICOS S.A.C. – TUPEMESA, as borrower in the negotiation of a US$ 15 million loan granted in its favor by Banco BBVA Perú. The financing was completed on July 31, 2024.
TUPEMESA is dedicated to the sale and manufacture of steel tubes and profiles and is part of Grupo CINTAC, conglomerate of CAP Group, an international iron and steel industry group, leader in South America.
The loan is secured by a collateral structure over, among other, certain real estate property.
