Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Pesquera Hayduk S.A. (“Hayduk”), a Peruvian fishing company with over 25 years of experience in the industry, in connection with a Peruvian law-governed loan facility of up to US$140 million.
The facility was granted by DNB Bank ASA, Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., and Banco de Crédito del Perú to Hayduk for strategic projects. The loan is secured by a trust over fishing vessels.
