Rebaza, Alcázar & De las Casas advised Credicorp Capital Servicios Financieros S.A., acting as structurer, on the private issuance of corporate bonds by Ucumari S.A.C., a real estate company of the Inka Terra Group focused on the execution and management of urban development projects, for an amount of up to S/20 million. The transaction involved Banco Interamericano de Finanzas – BanBif as the bondholders’ representative. The bonds were placed on December 23, 2025.
The bonds are secured by personal guarantees, as well as by a guarantee trust comprising rights and assets of the issuer and other related companies.
