Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Camposol on the extension of a revolving credit facility granted by Coöperatieve Rabobank in favor of Camposol S.A. (Peru) and Camposol Colombia S.A.S for an amount of €43,000,000.00. The extension was signed on October 20, 2025.
The available funds under the facility will be used by Camposol to finance its working capital expenditures.
