Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Agrícola Andrea S.A.C. in the negotiation of secured loans of a total amount of US$ 25 million granted in its favor by Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (Miami Branch) and Banco BCI Perú, respectively. The first tranche of the loans, granted by BCI Miami, was disbursed on November 27, 2024.
