Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised Agrícola Andrea, as borrower, in obtaining a medium-term loan for an amount of US$ 40 million granted by Banco BBVA Perú and Banco de Crédito del Perú. The disbursement of the loan was made on Monday, March 30.
The proceeds of the loan will be used for the repayment of existing debt and CapEx funding.
The collateral package granted by Agrícola Andrea to secure the loan consisted of a trust comprising certain assets of the company.
