On March 6, 2026, Grupo Vytal and Latinoamericana de Redes y Comunicaciones S.A.C., a company controlled by the investment fund Enfoca, reached an agreement pursuant to which Vytal will acquire a majority stake in Compañía Latinoamericana de Radiodifusión S.A., holder of Latina Televisión.

The transaction will result in Grupo Vytal acquiring control of Latina, one of the leading over-the-air television channels in Peru.

Grupo Vytal is an international holding company focused on the media and content industry, led by Argentine entrepreneur Tomás Yankelevich. The group has extensive experience in the development, production and distribution of audiovisual content across Latin America and recently announced the acquisition of the Chilean television channel Chilevisión, further strengthening its presence in the region.

Through this transaction, Grupo Vytal seeks to consolidate its expansion in the Latin American media market, while supporting the growth and positioning of Latina through the development of new content and the incorporation of technological capabilities and digital platforms.

The value of the transaction remains confidential. Closing is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions standard to these type of transactions.
