We advise BK Perú, a BICECORP company, on the organization of a new credit company in Perú

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advises BK PERÚ, within the alliance between BICECORP (Chilean financial group) and the Kaufmann Group (leading automotive group), on the organization of a credit company supervised by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators (SBS), to operate as “BK Empresa de Créditos S.A.” This process entails a significant regulatory component, including the implementation of corporate governance standards, comprehensive risk management frameworks, information security policies, market conduct guidelines, and the structuring of financial products. In February, BK Empresa de Créditos S.A. en Organización obtained its Authorization of Organization and is now advancing toward its Authorization of Operation to commence activities.
