VA advised IHCL on its proposed 51% acquisition of Sparsh Infratech, owner of ‘Atmantan’.

We are pleased to announce that our client, IHCL, India’s largest hospitality company has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a controlling 51% stake in Sparsh Infratech Private Limited (“Sparsh”), which owns Atmantan, one of India’s leading integrated wellness destinations located in Mulshi, near Pune.

Atmantan is a recognised luxury wellness centre offering science-led, holistic programmes grounded in Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Preventive Healthcare. With a 97-key facility spread across 36 acres overlooking Mulshi Lake and the Sahyadri hills, Atmantan has established itself as a premier destination for transformative well-being.

This acquisition marks IHCL’s strategic foray into the integrated wellness segment, enabling expansion of Atmantan’s proprietary wellness platform while complementing IHCL’s diverse hospitality portfolio spanning iconic brands such as Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, Ginger and more.

Vaish Associates Advocates acted as legal counsel to IHCL on all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of the definitive agreements with Sparsh and its promoters.
