Thomson Geer has acted as legal adviser to Brennan and its sole shareholder David Stevens on the sale of a minority interest to Macquarie Principal Finance.

Since 1997, Brennan has delivered exceptional technology systems and integration solutions Australia wide.

Thomson Geer acted as lead adviser on the negotiation of all the key transaction documents – including the share sale deed, shareholders deed, facility agreement and security deed. Thomson Geer also acted for Brennan on the refinancing of its debt facilities, with a new facility taken up with Macquarie Principal Finance.

This deal provides Brennan with an exceptional platform for future growth, allowing them to continue investment into cutting edge capabilities in AI, automation and cybersecurity.
