Thomson Geer advised US-owned VetPartners NVC Pty Ltd (as nominee of Australian Veterinary Owner's League Pty Ltd) on its A$251 million acquisition of National Veterinary Care (ASX:NVL) by way of a Scheme of Arrangement.
Thomson Geer's involvement includes providing strategic advice; drafting and negotiating transaction documents; assisting with FIRB notification; facilitating Court approval process; and advising on and responding to ACCC enquiries.
