Thomson Geer advised Western Australia gold explorer Astral Resources (market cap A$174 million) on its A$25 million capital raising via a share placement.
The raising is significant as it enables Astral to be fully funded to accelerate exploration and evaluation efforts at its Mandilla and Feysville Gold Projects.
The Thomson Geer team was led by Partner Michael Ng.
