Thomson Geer acted for Sen Sen Networks Limited, a leading artificial intelligence fusion enterprise solutions provider on the acquisition of Scancam Industries Pty Ltd, for A$11m.

Scancam is a provider of AI solutions for fuel retailers, including an anti-fuel theft surveillance system designed to prevent drive-offs from motorists at service stations.

This was an important strategic acquisition for SenSen that aligns to SenSen's annual recurring revenue growth plans, and provides a strong foundation and impetus to move into the broader retail business market.

The Thomson Geer team consisted of partners Emma Cook, Andrew Cardell-Ree and Ben Coogan, special counsel Raymond Marshall and lawyers Thomas Menzler and Savini Kumaresan.
