Arntzen de Besche represented Petoro AS and the owners of the host facility to the solution, the Johan Sverdrup Unit, in the negotiation and conclusion of the agreements required to establish the solution.  

The assignment has given Arntzen de Besche an unique experience in the handling of power-from-shore issues on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, a key element in achieving Norway's ambitious goals for the reduction of CO2 emissions. Together with the firm’s leading competence within onshore power, Arntzen de Besche is at the forefront of providing legal advice and representation within the areas of power-from-shore and offshore wind energy going forward.
