Njord Gas Infrastructure is owned by UBS International Infrastructure Fund and CDC Infrastructure. The company owns approx. 8% of the world's largest offshore gas transportation system Gassled.
The case represents the largest claim against the Norwegian state ever. Claim for (i) the MPE’s transportation tariff in the Gassled offshore gas transportation system cut introduced in 2013 being invalid and (ii) compensation for incurred losses on the basis of negligence by the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.
