Guerrero Olivos assisted publicly traded corporation Telefónica Chile S.A. in a USD77 million capital increase, along with the registration of the new shares issued with the Financial Market Commission and its placement.
Since Telefónica Chile S.A. is a publicly traded corporation, it was required to comply with the Securities Regulation, the regulations of the Financial Market Commission and of the Santiago Stock Exchange.
In addition, the necessity to carry out the capital increase and the placement of shares in a short period of time, meant an additional complexity for Guerrero Olivos.
