Shearman & Sterling represented Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, CMB International Capital Limited, JQ Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, Soochow Securities International Brokerage Limited, Haitong International Securities Company Limited and GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Limited as the initial purchasers in connection with TaiChen Development (BVI) Limited’s tap offering $65 million 12.5% senior notes due 2022, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Longjitaihe Property Co., Ltd.
TaiChen Development (BVI) Limited is a subsidiary of Longjitaihe Property Co., Ltd, which is primarily engaged in the real estate development, property management and property leasing businesses in China. Longjitaihe Property Co., Ltd has been ranked as one of ‘‘China’s Top 100 Real Estate Development Enterprises’’ and ‘‘China’s Top 50 Real Estate Development Enterprises’’ since 2014 and 2016 respectively.
