Irina’s promotion reflects the continued growth of our Real Estate practice and her outstanding contribution to the firm over the past four years. Since joining SAA, she has built a strong practice advising real estate investors, developers, and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions, including asset deals, complex lease negotiations, title due diligence, and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of real estate projects.
With over 12 years of experience in the real estate sector, Irina has been involved in numerous landmark transactions, particularly in the retail, office, and logistics segments. Her in-depth knowledge and hands-on approach have made her a trusted advisor to clients navigating acquisition, development, and leasing matters.
