The office will be multi-practice with a comprehensive offering particularly focused on Commercial Transactions, Corporate/M&A, Energy and Technology. In response to client demand, the legal work will initially focus on matters which involve recurring activity (mostly in the area of Corporate/M&A and Technology and related Intellectual Property issues) and it is intended that the legal services offered will be extended across all practice areas in due course. We expect to undertake a wider range of work as the operating model evolves, creating a centre of excellence to deliver a high quality, consistent and cost-efficient service available to clients.
We have already put together a high-quality team to be led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and which includes a number of highly experienced lawyers such as Partner Sabina Cerbu. We expect for the team to grow significantly over the next 12 months.
