Since February 2022, Stefan Gruber, LL.M. (32) has been supporting the Dispute Resolution Team around Managing Partner Dr. Thomas Frad as an attorney and junior partner.
Stefan Gruber has worked with KWR since 2017 and has been representing clients before civil courts since then. His primary areas of expertise are general civil law, damages and warranty law, as well as construction and real estate law. His appointment expands a key area of KWR's advisory services, once again showing that the promotion of young lawyers is a key factor at KWR.

Junior Partner:
Stefan Gruber, LL.M. joined KWR as an associate in 2017. He studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and at DePaul University in Chicago. In 2016, he completed his master's degree in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration with distinction. Before starting his career at KWR, Stefan Gruber completed an internship in the contract management department of STRABAG AG and subsequently became a research assistant in the same department. In 2017, he completed his court internship in Vienna and in 2020, he passed the Bar Exam with excellent results.
