SSW advised on issues related to Żabka's public offering

SSW advised a group of minority shareholders of Zabka Group on issues related to the public offering of Żabka.

SSW provided support in the areas of capital markets, refinancing, corporate law and taxes. The law firm advised on Polish law and coordinated the clients’ side of the project. K&L Gates Volckrick Luxembourg advised on Luxembourg law issues.

Grzegorz Koguciuk led the project. Monika Szczotkowska was responsible for capital markets issues. Banking and finance topics were overseen by Piotr Grabarczyk, and aspects of tax issues were handled by Tomasz Wickel. Mariusz Słowikowski's team from SSW Advisory was also involved.
