Clearance Letter or contracts’ inclusion for tenders and contracts can be obtained exclusively through #Daman Eplatform, with the certified undertaking submitted within 90 days of approval.
The validity of the visit permitting the exemption extends to a maximum of 2 years, after which no Clearance Letter can be issued until the contract inclusion procedures are completed.
