Alfonso Muñoz
Alfonso Muñoz has built a strong practice focused on tax litigation and strategic tax advisory, representing clients in tax audits before Mexican authorities and leading complex defense strategies before administrative and judicial courts.
He has extensive experience in mediation procedures before the Taxpayer Defense Attorney’s Office (PRODECON), as well as advising clients on the tax implications of their domestic and cross-border operations. Alfonso’s practice is distinguished by his ability to combine deep technical expertise in tax law with a strategic approach to risk management and dispute resolution, positioning him as a trusted advisor in high-stakes and sensitive matters.
Nadiezhda Vázquez
Nadiezhda Vázquez has developed a comprehensive practice focused on corporate, transactional, and real estate matters, advising clients on corporate structuring, governance, and the implementation of complex legal frameworks to support their business operations that involve local or cross-border M&A transactions. She has extensive experience assisting companies in the structuring and negotiation of key commercial agreements.
