Serge has more than 20 years of experience in advising on real estate transactions, due diligence investigations and contract negotiations. A highly regarded practitioner in the Luxembourg market, Serge advises on all aspects of real estate investment projects, including, among other things, real estate asset acquisitions and disposals (share or asset deals), the choice of vehicle, financing, complex lease negotiations, urban planning issues, authorization requirements and environmental aspects. Before joining PwC Legal, Serge worked at a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg, where he has established the leading position of this firm in real estate matters.
