Antonia Loukari works on civil litigation cases, specializing in a range of contentious matters, including banking and finance, insurance law, employment matters and corporate insolvency law. She also has extensive experience dealing with negligence and tortious claims, as well as cases pertaining to contract law.
Petros Theofilou handles matters involving constitutional and administrative law, contract law disputes, tort and personal injuries, criminal law, as well as landlords and tenants law. He represents clients before the District Court, the Administrative Court and the Rent Control Tribunal.
Costas Mavrides has extensive experience in financial services regulation, forensic investigations and regulatory litigation. He has worked on a number of high profile cross border enforcement investigations across different sectors, has provided advice on numerous non-contentious regulatory matters. His areas of practice include Investment Services & Funds, Capital Markets, and Banking and Secured Financing. Costas’s expertise lies in advising clients on compliance with financial services regulation in the fields of investment services, payment services, banking and capital markets.
