SBA has initiated its operation in Peru in 2017. For this purpose, it has created a new local legal entity and began the process of hiring personnel. Our Firm has participated in this process, drafting the employment agreements and other documents required for successful onboarding. We also reviewed and adapted the internal policies to local law.
This process was a challenge because since HR activities of the company are developed abroad, we provide continued support to the HR Team in order to execute its activities in accordance to Peruvian legislation.
This mandate is important because it allowed the company to start operations in the country preventing any labor risk.
