Sayenko Kharenko’s team has successfully implemented a project to enhance corporate governance for the Public Union “World Wide Fund for Nature Ukraine” (WWF-Ukraine) by improving the organisation’s flexibility and effectiveness in implementing environmental initiatives.
As part of the project, bespoke solutions were developed and implemented regarding key corporate governance matters. These measures promoted transparency, long-term sustainability, and operational efficiency in WWF-Ukraine’s management, whilst ensuring compliance with best practices and corporate governance standards.
The collaboration highlights Sayenko Kharenko’s expertise in corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory matters, particularly taking into account the specific features of non-governmental organisations.
