Sale of Pampa Serviços and Pampa Korean – Automotive Sector / Dealerships

Martinelli Advogados advised the shareholders of Pampa Serviços (a Volkswagen dealership) and Pampa Korean (a Kia Motors dealership) on the sale of their operations, to Guaibacar, a company belonging to Grupo Sinosserra—one of the leading players in the Brazilian automotive sector.

The transaction marked a significant step in the ongoing consolidation of the automotive dealership market in southern Brazil, involving complex aspects related to OEM agreements and negotiations regarding inventory and financial terms. Prior to closing, the deal was unconditionally approved by CADE, the Brazilian antitrust authority.
