The group of sellers was comprised of S.A. La Nación, the founding partners and other shareholders / managers, and a group of investors formed by the corporate fund of Mercado Libre (CVC) and the venture capital funds NXTP Ventures and Mountain Chile. The transaction took place on October 13, 2021.
Glamit is a technology company established in 2011 that provides e-Commerce solutions to the main brands in Argentina and Latin America (development and management of e-shops, and implementation of commercial and marketing strategies to boost sales).
